Questions
Will my clients see the Webkms name?
No. The website, demo app, portals, phone greetings, emails and invoices all carry your brand and your domain.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. You sign the clients, set the prices and bill them through your own Stripe account. We never contact your clients unless you ask us to.
Who handles support?
You handle first contact with your clients. We handle everything technical behind you: agents, numbers, hosting, billing issues and bugs.
What happens if a client uses more minutes than their tier includes?
Extra minutes are $0.14 each. You decide whether to pass them on, bundle them or charge a premium.
Can you build custom features?
Yes. Premium includes 2 hours of custom work per client each month. Larger features, such as a custom CRM integration, get a fixed quote before we start.
Do I need technical skills?
No. We build and host everything, and the admin console needs no code. Most partners start selling in the first week after launch.
Is there a contract?
Platform fees are month to month with 30 days notice. The setup fee is not refundable once the build has started, and you keep your domain and website content if you leave.
